Baby Café is a free, informal drop-in center that offers support for breastfeeding families. Staffed by trained peer supporters, Baby Cafés provide a welcoming and comfortable environment where parents can receive professional help, share experiences, and connect with others on their breastfeeding journey.

At a Baby Café, families can expect:

• One-on-one support from lactation consultants and breastfeeding counselors

• Help with common breastfeeding challenges like latching, milk supply, and pumping

• A relaxed, nonjudgmental space to meet and talk with other parents

• Access to educational resources about infant feeding and postpartum care

• No appointment needed—just drop in during open hours
